Our FacilityOur award winning state-of-the-art Community Center opened in May 2000. Shortly afterwards, the Ohio Parks & Recreation Association named it the most outstanding new center in the state of Ohio. In August 2001, our Community Center was featured in the national newspaper, USA Today, as an example of new, upscale public recreation facilities that have helped redefine the concept of community recreation centers. Today, our modern 83,000 square foot facility features:
Our 12,700 sq. ft. heated indoor pool features Our 20,000 sq. ft. heated outdoor pool has a waterslide and a variety of other play features with areas no deeper than 3 1/2 ft. (perfect for little ones). Our 4500 sq. ft. fitness area has close to 100 pieces of cardio, circuit training & free weight equipment. A four lane, non-banked, 1/12 mile track has views to the pools, gymnasiums & casual activities area. Our 5,000 sq. ft. casual activities area is a meeting place for everyone. an attractive free-form design with a lazy-current channel, a bubble couch, vortex, a hot tub/whirlpool spa, a waterslide, and an area for lap swimming. A whirlpool, steam room and sauna are also available.
