Middleburg Heights Mayor’s Court General Information.On November 7, 1989, the people of Middleburg Heights voted to establish a Mayor’s Court as prescribed by state law. Mayor’s Court handles misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses. If the alleged offender decides to contest the case, the charges are referred to Berea Municipal Court.
