Court

On November 7, 1989, the people of Middleburg Heights voted to establish a Mayor's Court as prescribed by state law. Mayor's Court handles misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses.

If the alleged offender decides to contest the case, the charges are referred to Berea Municipal Court. For information about Berea Municipal Court procedures and hours of operation, log on to www.bereamunicipalcourt.org.

The Middleburg Heights Mayor's Court is located in Middleburg Heights City Hall at
15700 East Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130.

The court office is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The court office may be reached by telephone at (440) 234-6907 and by fax at (440) 234-7095.

The Community Center

The Community Center will be closed on Thursday, September 9 until 4 pm in order for CEI to do some work on the main power line which will result in no electricity in the building for much of the day. All meetings, classes and activities that are normally held between 6 am-4 pm will be cancelled that day. Thank you for understanding!

After Prom Reservations

The Middleburg Heights Community Center is now taking After Prom reservations for 2011. We offer swimming, basketball, volleyball and our community rooms with a full size catering kitchen. Additional space is available for other activities. Please click here for details.
