Meetings

Regular City Council meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at City Hall at 15700 Bagley Road. All meetings of Council are open to the public.
Council meetings that fall on holidays, or on Election Day, may be rescheduled. To check for schedule changes, please call the City Council office at (440) 234-8987 for information.
Council is permitted by our City Charter to recess its meetings in July and August. Sometimes meetings are held during these months. However, please call the Council Clerk’s office at (440) 234-8987 to confirm meeting times.

Meeting Agenda

The business of regular Council meetings is transacted in the following order:

1) Roll call.
2) Reading and disposal of the journal.
3) Communications, petitions, and claims outside of officials and offices at the City Hall.
4) Audience participation.
5) Appointments and confirmations.
6) Ordinances and resolutions.
7) Reports of Council Committees.
8) Reports and communications from the Mayor, directors of departments, and other city officials.
